The New Agent Blueprint

A 50-week curriculum that builds your real estate business in the order it actually needs to be built — delivered week by week, and worked live in the room twice a month.

50Weeks of Curriculum
24Live Sessions
100Things to Know
Why This Program Exists

Roughly 87% of new agents are out of the business within five years. It is almost never a talent problem. Licensing school taught you the law — nobody taught you the business.

Lead generation. Business math. Buyer consultations. Listing presentations. Pricing strategy. Contracts under pressure. The follow-up systems that turn one closing into ten. These are the skills that decide who survives — and they are exactly what most new agents are left to figure out alone. The Blueprint closes that gap in a room, together, every week for a year.

How It Works

Learn every week. Meet twice a month.

Every week, a new lesson drops in your member portal — the topic, its two numbered Things to Know, and the worksheet or template that goes with it. Then, twice a month, we meet live and in person for 75 minutes to work the material: accountability, role-play, and your real deals. Twenty-four live sessions across the year, each following the same rhythm — because rhythm is how professionals are built.

10 Minutes
Momentum Check-In
Wins, numbers reported out loud, and accountability on last week’s commitment.
25 Minutes
Core Teaching
The current curriculum topics, taught live from real transactions and market data — going deeper than any recording can.
25 Minutes
Workshop & Role-Play
Scripts, simulations, and live builds. Skills are practiced in the room, never just described.
15 Minutes
Commitments & Q&A
One measurable action stated aloud, plus open questions on your live deals.
The Curriculum

Six phases, in the order your business needs them

1–8Phase One
The Foundation
The operating system everything else runs on: the mindset of a business owner, the math of your income, financial discipline for a 1099 life, time blocking, your database and CRM, your brand, and true local market expertise.
9–16Phase Two
Filling the Pipeline
Every major lead pillar — sphere, referrals, open houses, geographic farming, online leads, video, and community presence — and how to choose two or three and go deep instead of dabbling in all of them.
17–24Phase Three
Mastering the Buyer Side
Professional buyer consultations and signed agreements, financing fluency, showings that build decisions, winning offers, inspection negotiations, and a closing experience clients tell stories about.
25–32Phase Four
Mastering the Listing Side
The complete listing system: pre-listing preparation, a presentation that sells your process, pricing strategy that creates competition, preparing and marketing the home, and managing sellers through closing.
33–40Phase Five
Contracts, Law & Professional Skill
The purchase and sale agreement line by line, contingencies and deadlines, fair housing and risk management, plus the scripts, negotiation, and difficult conversations that separate professionals from licensees.
41–50Phase Six
Operations, Wealth & the Long Game
Systems and checklists, your vendor network, a client experience standard, the past-client engine, knowing your numbers, taxes and wealth building — and the year-two business plan you present at graduation.
Woven Through Every Week

The 100 Things Every New Agent Needs to Know

Two per week, numbered 1 through 100. By graduation you carry a complete professional knowledge base — earned in order, tested at the end of every phase. A sample:

#1 Roughly 87% of new agents fail within five years — and it is almost never about talent. It is the absence of structure, habits, and a plan.
#9 The average person knows three to five people who will buy or sell this year. A 150-person database is sitting on 20+ potential transactions.
#33 A written buyer agreement is now required before touring homes. The consultation is where you earn the signature — and your fee.
#54 The first fourteen days are your maximum-exposure window. An overpriced launch squanders the only moment the whole market is watching.
#71 If it isn’t in writing, it didn’t happen. Confirm every material conversation by email the same day.
#100 Your business should fund your life, not consume it. Build it by design — on purpose, on your terms — from the very first year.
