The 1st step to getting into high performance coaching is to apply by filling out a short questionnaire. This questionnaire includes questions about your primary goals, biggest challenges, strengths, weaknesses, and expectations for coaching. Please allow 20-30 minutes to complete.

SCHEDULE STRATEGY SESSION


The second step involves scheduling and participating in a strategy session. This 45-minute coaching session allows you to explore your goals and challenges more deeply with the coach, enabling both of you to determine if this type of coaching approach is the right fit for your needs.

ENROLL IN COACHING


The third step is to enroll in the coaching program. This typically involves a minimum 6-month commitment with 2 coaching sessions scheduled per month. You can choose between group coaching sessions or personalized 1:1 coaching depending on your preference and learning style.
