I've been a real estate agent for over 23 years โ active today in Clyde Hill, Medina, and the Points, some of the most competitive luxury submarkets in the country. I'm in the top 1% nationally. And I still show up every day because I genuinely love this work.
But here's what most people don't know: I love coaching even more. Not because I burned out on real estate โ but because I discovered something more powerful than closing a deal. I discovered what happens when you ask the right question at the right moment and watch someone's whole perspective shift.

I've spent decades as a student of human performance, psychology, and philosophy. The Bible. The Tao Te Ching. Marcus Aurelius. Viktor Frankl. Jim Rohn. Brendon Burchard. Dale Carnegie. I consume everything I can โ usually by audio, usually while moving. I'm endlessly curious about what makes people tick, what holds them back, and what becomes possible when they finally get out of their own way.
I'm also a husband of 30 years to my wife Kim, a father to Alex, Kate, and John, a guitarist, a futurist, and someone who believes deeply in the power of real human connection. I didn't learn any of this in a classroom. I learned it through life โ through failures, breakthroughs, hard markets, and the privilege of sitting across from people at their most honest.
