Dr.
Bill Meyer has over 28 years experience in personal and
professional effectiveness,
communications and achievement. Using a warm, informative and
entertaining style, he has taught over 200,000 people in
seminars, presentations and one-on-ones.
As a
student, teacher, trainer, consultant, manager and coach, Bill
has tested many concepts and techniques, and believes that most
people truly want to be more effective, efficient and creative -
and that once given the right information, support and training,
everyone can reach more of their personal and career potential.
Bill
received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a M.B.A. and a
Ph.D. in Organization and Human Development. Living in New
York's East Harlem and attending Columbia University's School of
Social Work helped prepare him for two years in Bombay, India,
doing urban community development with the Peace Corps. Since
then, he has been an officer in the U.S. Navy, a training
officer with Seafirst Bank, Executive Director of the Pacific
Institute, varsity golf coach at Seattle University (for 8
years) and the University of Washington (for 2 years), and Vice
President of Sales and Marketing for Family Life Insurance
Company, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch.
Through
Meyer & Associates, Inc., Bill offers live presentations,
training, consultation services, coaching and his own
award-winning, comprehensive computer based "Unlocking Our
Potential" training program. This multifaceted approach gives

As a
member of the National Speakers Association since 1977, Bill is

studied and taught the psychology of sports and the science of
behavior, Dr. Meyer teaches the connections between sports,
